How to make a Copper Golem in Minecraft
To make a Copper Golem in Minecraft, all you need to do is place a carved pumpkin or jack o'lantern on top of a copper block. The mob will immediately spring to life once you've placed the carved pumpkin, indicating that you've done it correctly. If you don't immediately see a Copper Golem in front of you, it's worth noting that the pumpkin has to be placed last. The block of copper you use can also be at any oxidation or waxed stage, so there's no need to craft an entirely new one if you have a block lying around.
When the Golem spawns, the block of copper you've placed will become a copper chest, and the golem will take the place of the pumpkin. If you decide to create a golem next to an existing copper chest, a second chest won't spawn. Over time, the Copper Golem will oxidise like all copper products do. This has three stages, so it takes a decent amount of time for the colouration of the golem to start to change.
